How to Fill a 7-Man Tent
September 30, 2008 10:27 pm HappeningsLast weekend we camped with our ward at the John Johnson Farm in Hiram. Not too long ago, Jason & I set out for and purchased a rather large 7-man tent with a “pet den”. Apparently we have high hopes for the future. Or, we think we have lots of friends who want to camp with us.
Off we go! I always catch him right after a cute smile. He stops when he sees the camera.
We got there right at sunset. Putting up the tent in the dark took a little longer than we’d hoped.
Jason played with a long exposure on the happenings around the fire.
Alex wore a onesie, skinny pj’s, fuzzy pj’s, a blanket, and had a warmie that fits around his car seat along with another blanket on top to block any light from coming in. True to form, he slept for 8 hours straight in his favorite spot. (He slept better than we did for sure!) He was all smiles when he woke up in the morning. We’re considering setting the tent up in our back yard so he will continue to sleep through the night!
