Fall Strolls
October 15, 2008 1:49 pm Happenings, babyAlexander and I went for a long walk today. We enjoyed the pretty fall colors and decorations in a closeby neighborhood.
Over the weekend, we visited Patterson’s Fruit Farm. By the time we got there, Alex had fallen asleep so we opted to buy some already picked apples rather than pick-your-own, along with some yummy apple fritters. Jason grabbed some delicious kettle corn (a must) and he guided us along what turned out to be an extensive walk along a paved path in the old golf course below the farm.
Luckily, the most threatening wildlife we encounters was this woolly bear, and I did not have to feed my child in the wilderness.

Okay, that was funny. I could be completely happy with two seasons. Summer, and fall…with a few fun snow days to play in.
There. How’s that for honesty!
